At JANIS, our gastronomic restaurant, named in honor of Janis Joplin, the legendary young and creative singer, we elaborate a current Mediterranean cuisine by chef Sara Valls, a young and creative cook with Mediterranean roots, in love with Formentera, who seeks the essence of the product and the simplicity of dishes, with popular flavors and contrasts, working mostly with local producers, without forgetting to give it a fun and creative touch.
